Return and exchange policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery of the item. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the arrival of the item(s) if you are not 100% satisfied. The shipping fee will not be refunded. Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective or erroneously shipped items, will receive a full refund including the shipping fee.
Return and exchange conditions
1. Contact us within 14 days of the arrival of the item. Include an explanation indicating the reason for your return or exchange.
2. The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in good condition, with the original labels on. We do not accept any used or altered items.
3. Any return or exchange without our prior knowledge is not acceptable. Please contact us prior to return or exchange.
4. When the goods are received, the refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. The final sale item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or changes for swimwear, lingerie, jewelry and earrings unless the item(s) are visibly defective.
7. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other associated expenses.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, our customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address listed on your package. That is not our return address, and the processing of your return will be affected.
